Stretches before football

Football is fun to play but need to some exercise to get away from cramps during match here are some:
1.Keep your one foot front and other to back such that they are parallel to each other and now move to front bending your front leg till your back of your back leg pains. Be at that position for 5 secs. Now switch the legs. Practice it for 4 times.

2.Same as Above but instead bend your leg which is back until front of your front pains.Switch after 5secs.

3.Hold the foot of your one leg in your hand from back try to pull it back. Pull until your thigh pains.Switch

4.stretch your legs far to each other from left to right and try to touch your right leg  with your left hand until your left side of your stomach pains a little. Switch
